After Hours Service Policy

After hours service is available in the event of an emergency. What constitutes an emergency?

The following items are considered emergencies:

Fire
Any water leak
No electricity
Sewer stoppage
Refrigerator not working
No hot water
No air conditioning (if outside air temperature is more than 80 degrees)
No heating (if outside air temperature is less than 60 degrees)
Anyone trapped or locked out on their balcony
